This policy describes how Tedigo (“we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Tedigo Console (“the Service”). This policy applies to the Console web interface, CLI tool, and API.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, we permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. Session logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely. We may retain certain data longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.

Security

We protect your information using:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage for API keys and authentication tokens
• Role-based access controls for our team
• Regular security audits of our infrastructure

While we implement industry-standard protections, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and API keys.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (console_tk) to maintain your login session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in Germany (EU) by Hetzner Online GmbH. If you access the Service from outside the EU, your data will be transferred to and processed in the EU. We rely on the adequacy of EU data protection standards for this processing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect by email or through the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
