This policy describes how Tedigo (“we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Tedigo Console (“the Service”). This policy applies to the Console web interface, CLI tool, and API.
We collect the following categories of information when you use the Service:
Email address, full name, and organization name, provided during registration.
Session timestamps, duration, and feature usage, collected automatically.
IP address, browser type, and operating system, collected automatically when you access the Service.
Terminal command history and execution logs, processed during your use of the Service. Session data is stored temporarily for troubleshooting and security monitoring.
Encrypted tokens and API keys used to verify your identity.

Terminal sessions may interact with Anthropic’s Claude AI when you connect an AI CLI (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) on your machine. Data processed by Claude is subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy. Tedigo Console itself does not call AI providers — your AI CLI runs on your device under your authentication.
Our servers are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Ashburn, Virginia, USA. EU residency (Falkenstein DE / Helsinki FI) is available on request for EU customers.
Subscription billing and the customer portal. PCI-DSS Level 1. Tedigo never sees card data.
We share only the minimum data necessary for these services to function. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, we permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. Session logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely. We may retain certain data longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.

We use a single authentication cookie (console_tk) to maintain your login session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the United States (Hetzner, Ashburn VA). EU residency is available on request for EU customers. Cross-border transfers of personal data — including to AI subprocessors based in the US — rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where available, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification of the receiving party.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect by email or through the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
