Three tiers. Real feature ladder. Pick the size that matches your team.
1 user × $12 = $12 / mo
| Tier | Team size | Per user / mo | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1–4 users | $12 | $10 |
| Team | 5–24 users | $10 | $8.5 |
| Scale | 25–99 users | $9 | $7.5 |
| Enterprise | 50+ / compliance | Custom ($12–$16) | |
Seat count adjustable anytime. Stripe prorates on the next billing cycle.
Console pricing covers relay, HTTP tunnels, and team controls. Your AI CLI (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) remains installed and authenticated on your own machine.

Console covers a wider job than ngrok — shared terminal sessions, ACL, audit, SSO at Team. The table below compares apples-to-apples on tunnel + SSO + audit equivalents at each team size, not raw tunnel price.
| Team size | Console | ngrok equivalent stack* | Console saves |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $12 Starter | $10 Hobbyist | –$2 |
| 5 users | $50 Team | $20 PAYG (3 incl + 2×$5) | –$30 raw / Console adds terminal+ACL+audit |
| 10 users | $100 Team | $170 PAYG + SSO | 41% |
| 25 users | $225 Scale | $485 PAYG + SSO + SCIM | 54% |
| 50 users | Enterprise | $985+ PAYG + SSO + SCIM | – quote |
*ngrok stack: Hobbyist ($10/mo) for 1 user, Pay-as-you-go ($10 base + $5/extra user) for teams, +$10/user for SSO/RBAC, +$15/user for SCIM/audit. Console bundles terminal sharing with multi-viewer ACL, HTTP tunnels with custom subdomains, audit logs (Team+), and SSO (Team+) in one bill. Numbers reflect ngrok's published 2026 pricing. We don't race ngrok on tunnel-only price — we cover a wider job.
Starter (1–4 seats), Team (5–24), Scale (25–99). Each tier raises the feature ceiling — more devices, more concurrent sessions per seat, longer history retention, audit logs at Team+, SSO at Team+. Tier auto-suggests at checkout from your invited seat count, but you can stay on a higher tier if you want the headroom.
50+ seats routes you to Enterprise automatically. So does any compliance ask (signed DPA, SOC2 letter, security questionnaire), SAML/SCIM, custom paper, invoicing instead of credit card, private deploy / self-host, or a contractual SLA. Enterprise is custom pricing in the $12–$16/user range, annual contract.
Because Console replaces three line items, not one. ngrok PAYG starts at $10/mo for tunnels only; once you add SSO ($10/user) and audit, the ngrok stack is well past Console Team ($10/user). Console covers tunnels + shared Claude Code sessions + ACL + audit + SSO in one bill. We stopped pricing as an ngrok alternative because we stopped being one.
We rebalanced. Bottom-bracket teams still get the cheapest entry point in the category. Larger teams now get the features they actually asked for — SSO, audit, longer history, faster support — included instead of locked behind an Enterprise call. The old $4/user at 25+ seats had no feature differentiation; the new Scale tier at $9 includes 90-day audit, full ACL, and 10 concurrent sessions per seat.
Yes. Console gives you remote access, relay infrastructure, and team controls, but your AI CLI (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) must already be installed and authenticated on each connected machine.
No. Console connects through a WebSocket relay — your machine only makes outbound connections. No ports to open, no SSH keys to manage.
A session is one active terminal pairing. Your plan caps how many you can run at the same time, per seat (Starter 2, Team 5, Scale 10). Sleeping sessions — disconnected but recoverable — count toward the cap for 24 hours after disconnect; truly dormant sessions auto-free their slot. There is no monthly minute cap; sessions can run as long as you need.
Console tunnels are intended for terminal sessions and development workflows. We track bandwidth per seat with a soft fair-use line at 100 GB/seat/month — if you cross it, we email you to check in, we don’t block you. Streaming media or proxying high-volume non-development traffic is out of scope and may trigger a manual review.
One command exposes any local server at a public HTTPS URL. Use it to share a dev build, test webhooks, or demo features. Custom subdomains and access-token protection are included on every paid tier.
Self-hosting is available at the Enterprise tier with an annual commit and support fee. We removed it from Scale because it was a subsidized exit ramp for buyers who really wanted Enterprise.
