You pay a per-user rate that drops automatically as your team grows. A 9-person team is $7/user ($63/mo). Add one more and the whole team drops to $5/user ($50/mo) — crossing a threshold always lowers the total bill, never raises it. Stripe applies the new rate on the next billing cycle.

No. Console connects through a WebSocket relay — your machine only makes outbound connections. No ports to open, no SSH keys to manage.
Wall-clock time from when your terminal session starts to when it ends. Idle time after 5 minutes of no activity is not counted.
